Time and attention are accessibility issues. Not everyone has the ability or spoons to plough through a long ass blog post or video.
I aim to create bite size snapshots of my life surviving multiple mental health issues while training to be a counsellor, working, volunteering, doing yoga, and generally getting on with shit. Why 100 words? I don't know, seems like a nice length. I try to strike a balance between being uplifting while still being honest, informative without being didactic.
