Short version:
By becoming my patron, you will help me create artworks, books, and zines about neurodiversity, disability, gender, animal liberation, and other social justice topics. Some of my works can be found here, and as my patron you will receive exclusive access to my creative process. I also write a blog about neurodiversity and being autistic here, and post stimming videos such as this one on social media to promote understanding and acceptance.

By becoming my patron you not only help me to keep creating art, but also showing solidarity to an actually autistic artist who keeps working towards better tomorrow, where neurodiversity is celebrated.

Longer version:
For as long as I can remember, creating art has been the only thing I truly understand. As a autistic, disabled, transgender artist, I often struggle to make sense of a world that makes no sense at all.

Why, for example, are some species prioritized over others? Why do so many people believe that there are only two genders? Why are some people not allowed to travel as freely as people who are born in "right" places? Why is a person's worth determined by how productive they are? The list goes on and on...

I explore these confusing and oppressive phenomena in my art (that for me often comes in different forms). Colours, lines, pens, and paper allow me to express feelings and thoughts in a way I could not with words alone. I've written, illustrated, and self-published two books called The Girl Who Didn't Know How To Be and A Rat's Tale, as well as many zines such as NeuroAtypical and Why am I so easy to replace?. I've had exhibitions in the UK, Germany, United States and Sweden and given talks in the UK, Germany, Czech Republic, and Lithuania. I also write a blog in which I challenge harmful ideas and call out ableist behaviour as well as discuss how society disables me, rather than the other way around.

I could not have created and shared so much of this work without the support of my generous friends, family, my patrons, and other people who believed in what I am doing. If you become one of my patrons, you'll make it possible for me to keep sharing my work with the world.

Here's how it works:
Backers create an ongoing pledge to support me with $1, $5, $10 or more per month.

Of course, if you can't or don't want to pay, you'll still get to see most of my finished works for free online (or if you come to my exhibitions, etc. - even in real life) just like in the past. I will keep writing about disability, neurodiversity and autism just I am doing now. That won't change, but your support will help me to concentrate on the content instead of everyday struggle.

Note: Many patreon creators share their work on a regular basis, however my art has no schedule; some months I will share more, other months I will share less.

Being directly supported means that I get to decide my own direction. This is such a huge deal!!

I do what I love and believe in.
By becoming a patron, you give me the opportunity to keep creating.
You become part of my work.
Your support inspires me to keep going.

Thank you!
