Alpha Waves Radio is creating Podcasts
More than a decade ago, Michael Hinman took the digital airwaves with a live online radio show called SyFy Radio. It attracted not only the best guests from the world of science-fiction entertainment, but also the best listeners too. And a lot of them.

The show was eventually rebranded Alpha Waves Radio after Michael sold the SyFy brand to NBC Universal, and there — as a fantastically produced podcast — it continued to entertain thousands of listeners every couple weeks.

Alpha Waves Radio went off the air in 2013, but the dream of the show where not only entertainment journalists can share insight on what's happening on both television and movie screens, but the people who bring that entertainment to you — writers, composers, producers, directors, even the actors themselves.

Michael has been listening, and he's bringing Alpha Waves Radio back. And he's not just going to do an occasional show whenever he feels like it — we're talking about an actual weekly show, that you'll be able to hear anywhere you can find an internet connection.

But putting together a show like this takes a lot of time and resources. During its original run, it was an "add-on" to Michael's popular entertainment news website — SyFy Portal, and later Airlock Alpha. But the world has changed. The ability to earn a living doing websites has changed. And that's where Patreon comes in.

Consider supporting Alpha Waves Radio, so that it can bring you the best in entertainment journalism week in and week out. Hosted by Michael Hinman, this is the Alpha Waves Radio you've come to know and love. And it can keep going with your help — not just as a listener, but as a supporter.
