AoG encourages people to live a happier and healthier life through a daily practice of gratitude. By sharing three things we are grateful for every day in a small chat group, we seek to cultivate a habit of mindfulness and appreciation, and build trust and intimacy between peers.

Since launching in Nov '17, AoG has had over 1000 participants, sharing over 10,000 moments of gratitude with one another in multiple language across a half dozen cities and communities

AoG Makes Me Happy
$1 or more per month
The AoG project makes me happy. $1 a month is the least I can do. Thanks for organizing!!
AoG is Good for Society
$100 or more per month
The AoG project makes thousands of people healthier and happier.

The mass popularization of positive psychology is a social good that brings a ton of benefits:

- less stress

- less violence

- more caring relationships

I recognize this whole project is a labor of love from a skeleton crew of passionate volunteers, and I'm fortunate enough to have the resources to support this kind of thing.

Go get 'em, team!
