Brandon Michael Bunn

is creating theatrical plays that connect people together.

In the beginning of this journey, Brandon Michael Bunn was born (hopefully not preconceived in a restaurant bathroom). Back then he was just called Micheal even though it was his middle name because his parents preferred it (Mom, dad, you guys named me. If you liked Michael so much why isn't it my first name?). Raised in a home-school environment with 4 brothers, Michael's favorite things included Tigger from Winnie the Pooh, Kim Possible, and Fess Parker as Davey Crocket. Thankfully, due to a boring afternoon at grandma's house and a random selection of VHS tapes, a nine year old version of Michael found the blessing of the musical "Seven Brides For Seven Brothers." Before I bore away your hopes and dreams I'll cut to the chase and say that 7 years later I auditioned for my first musical "You're A Goodman Charlie Brown." You are correct in presuming that the amazing actor that was 16 year old young_michael (yes I just created that nickname) was cast as a random kid with no lines in the background because some of the most amazing things in  life go unnoticed.
I would like to take this moment to thank my favorite actors during the begining of my journey: Fess Parker, Jim Carrey, the entire casts of Singing in the Rain and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (especially the actor who played Frankincense), Cary Grant, Ginger Rogers,Fred Astaire, Gregory Peck and James Stewart.
In the middle of this journey, which is now the present, I (Brandon Michael Bunn) am currently studying Theater and Cinema Performance at Asbury University. I am currently starting my career as an actor because I believe that hard work takes time and I want to dedicate all of my time to my craft because I don't want to be well known, I just want to be a master in my craft. Whenever I have free time to relax I like to discover more about who I am as a human being by writing. My pen is the key to my beliefs and creativity. Writing is a mature way of expressing myself instead of just contemplating discussions.
I started this patron account to grow a community of people who want to learn more about my perspectives in my stories and who will push me to grow in my writing. Every month I will release a new scene or two of my script, or I will released new drafts of the scenes. I don't want to sell my art because I feel like it closes out my audience and makes it personally less personal. If you want to support my and encourage me to write more than a play a year please do. If you can't afford to support me but what to read my writing, please do. It's you're money, I have no obligation to it. Rewards for supporting me will be exclusive to patrons, but again each month I will drop a new scene on the 17th of each month, since this page was published on April 17th, 2018 #happybirthdaytome.
At the end of the journey I hope to come out with a more clear perspective of who Brandon Michael Bunn is, and what beliefs he spent his life fighting for.

The first scene of my play, Please. Pray for Haiti, is going to be released  on April 17th, 2018.
$0 of $1,000 per month
If I am supported with a thousand dollars a month, I will be able to rely less on working outside theater for an income and will be able to focus more time on releasing content. When I reach 1k a month, I will be releasing one play that I will freely post on Patreon every 9 months instead of a year.
