My name is Ben, I'm a Dutchman and fell in love with a Filipina.
In sep 2012, I married this beautiful Philippine woman and bought a large piece of land up in the mountains out of government reach, there is no police only local mentality and way of peacekeeping. I love it.. NO bureaucracy (bureau-crazy) but peace everywhere you go.
We bought for fun some coffee as we planted carrots to harvest like any other farmer is doing there. We sell and plant again.

But the problem was that our harvest was limited because of the land that was cultivated many times before by the previous owner. It just didn't yield us enough carrots to make it profitable.
As the coffee started to grow more and more it became clear to us that it was much easier and less of a hassle so we focus on the coffee instead. As we became more aware of the possibilities we became more interested and started to invest in the coffee.
The thing was, that coffee can grow and can give us the yield that we needed where the carrots could not. Funny how things work. Isn't it? From here our journey starts!

My daughter likes to model a lot, and as you can see, she steals the show!
