I'm a photographer, film maker and YouTuber from the middle of England. Basically what I do is teach people about the crafts I love and have dedicated my time to learn.

I always wanted to make films, and I took so many different paths to get there throughout my education, and have learned so many different disciplines within the film sector along the way, but none of the things I learned would have allowed me to get there and break into the industry or into any kind of success. I figured out the only way for me to break through into making films and doing my photography full time was to teach myself the disciplines and skills I needed to be successful. I was fortunate enough to be able to invest my time into learning the skills for both of these crafts with support and help from people around me with the freedom that I needed. As part of that I made YouTube videos to learn how to use cameras for video, as well as video editing techniques, and that in itself became a thing I loved to do. So after learning the basics, and with things starting to be set in motion for me, I decided to take my skills onto YouTube and teach those who might not be as fortunate as I've been in terms of the time and support and opportunities that allowed me to learn relatively quickly.

I use videos to teach beginners or those who are struggling to break through the barrier between wanting and doing. This involves an emphasis on basics in using cameras and editing software for both photography and film making, with reviews and recommendations for basic equipment and cheaper alternatives to help people know where to invest their initially limited funds to help them start off. As well as this, I try to show people DIY ways to improve videos and films by using things they might already have or are easy to get hold of for cheap, as I believe it's important to know your limitations and understand how to use the things you already have to their fullest, in common and uncommon ways. These fields can become expensive very quickly so I think it's important to understand what warrants a large investment, and what can be done to save money by thinking outside the box. On top of teaching these, I do teach people how to make YouTube videos, because it is a huge platform that I have experience in using, and is an excellent place for beginning film makers to test their skills and try new things while they're learning.

I love to create, and I'm massively into pop culture, whether that's films, TV, video games or books or comic books, and I try to infuse some of this into videos to hopefully help people ease themselves into learning and understanding certain things, as well as just being entertained and having some less serious content along the way, as learning these crafts can become very stressful.

Sorry for the long intro, I hope you'll come aboard this ship and support the channel and its goals. By supporting the channel you'll get access to different perks depending on how much you give, some of which will be useful in helping you to develop your skills further through chats and 1 on 1 sessions, to having videos directed at a specific topic to help you directly. The results of your support will be that I will be able to support myself easier and help me keep investing in the channel to continuously improve the quality of my videos and make better content for all of you. It's win-win really!
