My name is Drew Dyrdahl -- Fashion Designer / Costumer / Fashion Stylist / Book Artist / Maker

Some of you know me from seeing my fashion designs in fashion shows and design competitions. Some of you may know me from my costuming work for theatre, steampunk events and festivals. Others know my work creating hand-made leather and metal art journal or one-of-a-kind whimsical art dolls - you may have even taken one of my classes at various art retreats. Or maybe you know me from my work as a fashion stylist for avant-garde photo shoots. But whatever has brought you to my Patreon page - I am SO glad you are here!

I am an artist of many interests, but one of my favorite things to do is to create new, amazing things out of old cast off items -- making something new out of something old. I use this philosophy of sustainable design throughout most of my art projects -- whether it is in my fashion designs, my art journals, or other found object art pieces.

At this point in my life I am looking to take my art to the next level. For me, that means getting serious about the amount of art I produce and getting it placed in galleries, shows and ultimately in the lives of my fans. To do this, I am working up to relocating to a new art studio, where I will have the much needed space and set up to create my new projects more easily. More space and some much needed equipment means more art for all of you. I am very excited about embarking on this new chapter of art and that is what has brought me to Patreon.

Patreon is a site where artists can acquire sustainable financial support for their work so that they can focus on the work itself. This happens when interested people pledge their monthly support to an artist that interests them. If you choose to join my community on Patreon I have some cool projects planned and some great rewards to share with my patrons. If you join me it would mean the world to me and we will be able to launch into this new art journey and see where it takes us.
