Heroexplore Scuba Divers & Adventurers is an independent club, based in Scotland, United Kingdom and first and foremost is dedicated to bring our oceans and its wildlife back to its original state.

Ferenc, our PADI Certified Scuba Instructor has been diving our oceans since 1996 and since then he has witnessed the decline of the quality of life of our ocean’s wildlife.
Seeing all the plastic pollution, debris that forces the marine life out its habitat and kills off most of our coral reefs, he decided to get trained as a Scuba Diving Instructor so he can train lots of other dedicated Scuba Divers who, in turn contribute to clean up the debris from our oceans, help in coral reef conservation projects or even taking part in protecting and nurturing marine life close to extinction such as Turtle Hatchery Projects or Safeguarding Sharks and Rays.

And here comes the big question:
Do “You” Care ?
Are you an Ocean Lover ? Or maybe you are concerned about your Environment ?
Do you love Nature ? Are you worried about Climate Change ? What do you think about plastic pollution ?

Would you like the future generations to still enjoy our nature and oceans as they are now ?
Some people say, it’s too big of a task and we, as individuals cannot do anything about it. Well, We Can !

All it takes, is some responsibility and action !

We are a small group of people who love our oceans and marine life and we would like to preserve it. Why ? Here are some facts.

According to the ocean foundation, the ocean absorbs almost 30% of CO2 produced by humans; it produces more oxygen than the rainforests; and more than 80% of drinkable water comes from the oceans.

The Earth's ocean, which produces half of the oxygen we breathe and absorbs 30% of human-generated CO2, is equivalent to its heart and lungs. "Quite plainly, the Earth cannot do without its ocean. This study, however, shows worrying signs of ill health.

"It's as if the Earth has been smoking two packs of cigarettes a day!"

We need to act Now or more exactly “Yesterday”.

Our Scuba Diving Club is and it’s dedicated members decided to do something about it and here’s the idea that can become a reality.

What can You do ?

One of the best solution to clean up the current pollution of our oceans is by some helping hands of some dedicated Scuba Divers ! We know it sounds like too little too handful compared to the task.

But if nobody acts or only a small amount of people trying to do something about it, it will never change anything on a big scale.
All big projects and movements start on a small scale and they can grow as big as we want. All it takes is dedication and commitment !

A trained Scuba Diver is not just someone who can go start diving and enjoy the marine life and meanwhile do nothing about it. If someone gets the proper training with the right mindset, he or she will feel responsible in giving a helping hand. Training and educating people raises awareness. Too many people are out there who have no knowledge at all about our oceans and how protecting and restoring them contributes to our every day life.

So This is what we have to fix ! Getting Mindfulness, Awareness raised on a big scale !
Are you up for some training ? If you are interested in becoming a Scuba Diver and meanwhile help us and others on different Ocean related projects, you are at the right place.
You might say, it costs quite some money to do some Scuba Diving Courses. Well, we only need your dedication and time.

We decided to get a project going whereby people can help in funding other people’s dedication to learn to Scuba Dive and so we have more and more people trained to take part in our activities to clean up the Oceans.

Some of us are just not cut out for Scuba Diving, so these people can help with some money. Some of you want to dive, but have no money for it.
So it’s a win win situation. We get some friends, family, strangers and enthusiasts to help in funding and meanwhile we can get some eager people trained with the commitment to use their knowledge and dedicate themselves in restoring our oceans back to its original state.

What do you think ?

If you want to become a Scuba Diver in order to help us clean up our Oceans and Seas or you just want to help funding our project, get in touch with us and we’ll let you know how you can do it.

Until then, please share this with as many people as you can and let’s get a movement going, whereby we will get lots of people involved. As we have a good amount of people interested and the funding starts happening, we’ll keep you updated about the progress of our students, their success stories and of course how they got about participating in different projects.

Let’s get busy ! And hope to see you soon getting trained as a Scuba Diver !

And hope that by now you have some inclination to DO Something, to ACT as this is so imminent, so pressing that right now you might not realise the Importance of it, but at the end I hope you can look in the mirror and you can face yourself while the question is asked: Did I do something about it ?

Hope you Did my Friend, because otherwise it might become too late !

So let’s get the Funding going for this Project !
