Hi I'm Jack Timms and I'm a freelance Film Maker and Photographer. I started out just watching some of the famous YouTubers back in 2009 and then I saw some of my friends involved and that kind of made me want to get involved too, but these were just old real life videos, but later on I saw people start to record games on their consoles, but I was more of a PC guy, so my mum got me the game Minecraft for the PC and in about an hour of playing I became addicted. Then finally I found some free software called Screencast-o-matic which was alright at first, so I decided to record my first Minecraft video which was a tutorial on how to make a TNT jump pad in Minecraft using Obsidian, Redstone and TNT.

Then at school a new student joined and we became the best of friends, we had so much in common, he said we should get in contact through Skype and collaborate sometime. I said yes, so that night he told me about a minecraft plugin called Technic Launcher, which had lots of mod packs in it and we started a short but fun series called Big Dig and it was Hilarious. My friend was known as The Raksoboy.
Next thing you know he makes a film channel for all his films and asked me to be in one and it was called 'The Magazine' , it was so good it got quite a lot of views, but my time there had ran out.

One night my dad told me about a job opportunity he was given to run two of his own factories in Shanghai, China, which I was pleased, but also upset about because it meant I had to go too, so I had to tell my friend the next day that I was leaving England at the end of the year, but they were so supportive that they gave me a surprise leaving party.

During summer I spent my last days hanging out with my friends and told them how much I would never forget them. Later I had to get on a plane, but the greatest thing that happened was that I was able to go Business class, which was better then any plane ride I had ever experienced. Now things are flowing nice and we've settled in I am continuing my YouTube career with high expectations and I still Skype my friends like we used to but we have to do it during weekends.

I was introduced to the world of Theatre, Film and Photography and my dream now is to have a business of film & photography workshops all around the UK. Alongside a successful YouTube Channel where I can show off my work.
