About Laura Kerr

Hey, I'm Laura and I'm here to share my journey with you along with some, hopefully, good tips on how to let go of stress (through yoga, meditation and taking time for yourself), connect with friends, family (maybe your partner, maybe your sis) and maybe even that person you keep seeing at the grocery store (I don't know you might be on the prowl).

I'm the creative provider for a family of 4 well, 6 if you count the two giant puppies that are sitting at my feet (by puppies I mean sucks, Charlie is 15 and Maddy is 9). My partner in life, Jordan, is a stay at home Dad + health nut wannabe + full time women's studies major at The University of Western Ontario. My kids who at times create a feeling of living in a twilight zone with two tiny dictators but at other times make me name parenthood as the most rewarding career ever are Sophia (8 year old + artist) and Owen (7 year old + aspiring soccer star).

Along with Partner, Parent (both kiddie doggie) I am a counselor, yoga teacher and life coach (ps - I don't have it all figured out, I'm just really good at seeing potential in others and connecting them with resources). Here at Partreon I want to share tips on letting go, how to create and protect your high vibe, info on crystals and all of the amazing things they can do for you, self care practices through monthly retreats, yoga as well as life advice; you can take what you want and leave what you don't need it's really up to you!

I'll bring in my family at times because often they are great teachers and if you're interested you can learn from them too. But likely more than anything - you'll be able to relate!
