IN THE BEGINNING

Being a content creator for a let's play channel is so much fun. its the best part of playing different games for people. I have watched Markiplier, Pewdiepie, and Jackcepticeye reach that point with incredible heights at the peak of Youtube's algorithm. My channel started in 2014 and I was uncertain if I wanted to do both channels to keep up to speed with my other video making content. But, I love what I do, and I have some very loyal subscribers on the channel. Ever since it's humble beginnings when I only started out with at least 9 subscribers. It has grown significantly during those years and when I say numbers, I mean it went from 9 to 318 subscribers that's a lot of people that are checking in on the channel. That doesn't even include the people that aren't subscribed that are outside of the channel that I am currently reaching. Even when I took breaks in between my daily upload count my subscribers have been pretty gracious with my financial, mental and physical situations. (See Draw My Life Video) I love the people in it, they have encouraged me throughout the years to keep going and reach a goal of 1,000 subscibers. That day would be pretty cool, but growth as you know in the Youtube algorithm is gradual and there is only so much that I can do throughout the day to provide the quality for my subscribers. The videos are quite simple but they have many different layers and fundamentally fun moments in them.

FUTURE PLANS

If I didn't have a full time job, and I was getting paid on Youtube. Like one would hope when they start these channels. Then I wouldn't mind quitting my job and doing this full time. The content that I create on the channel would actually be loads ahead of it's time, and I feel that I could make original content that would literally improve the quality of the entire channel ten fold and make it more entertaining for them. That also includes my Highlights Reel's which they absolutely love, and the Vlogs, I feel they would be on par with what Pewdiepie and Markiplier as they do (Skits, role-plays, topics, discussions, reaching trends by playing very popular media for their audiences) With many different variations in music, sound effects and layered pic stills with motion toggle animation. I have been editing for this channel for quite some time. So as you can see there has been significant improvement on how I add those flares to those videos. That is if you watch from start to finish, but I don't think you can watch all of those in a very short amount of time. There are quite a lot of them that were posted on there. ;)

Where did I get all this experience to make this content? I went to Utah Valley University in Provo for three years. I didn't finish graduating of course. When I started school got involved in the Film Industry in Salt Lake City, Utah and within the years I started getting involved in Digital Media programs. A format that emphasizes the corporate role of filmmakers making shorts, feature length, music videos, clips for the cheapest measures imaginable. The film Industry is growing in a very cost effective way and Digital Media for smaller promotional companies are starting to see the use of marketing their products to a larger audience through means of Social Media. The digital format has so much more of a need to contribute that growth through other means. This also includes graphic designers, animators, and sound technicians.

MY EXPERIENCE

My experience ranges from a variety of wonderful editing platforms

-Expert in editing video, toggle animation and sound editing on Adobe Premiere Pro CC
-Expert in sound enhancement using treble and base for sound clips in Adobe Audition CC
-Very Proficient in editing and enhancing images and graphic design through Adobe Photoshop CC
-Proficient in creating toggle animation and graphic animations and titles in Adobe After Effects CC

So as you can see from my previous experience in using these magnificent programs. They have been a great asset, especially when I need to use them for film-making endeavors. The channel has shown that you can broadcast yourself and become a part of the Youtube experience by also becoming an entertainer, a performer and comedian. This comes with my experience in acting in both film, and stage. I have about 7 years of acting experience, plus voice acting for characters. My filming career speaks for itself as well, as I use these same programs to highlight those moments of awesome and comedic entertainment. So being an internet presence on the website is another part of the reason I love doing what I do.

Now that you know a little bit about why I do this, let me tell you who I am. My name is Kelton Stewart I go by the pseudonym SpeedyTurtle on the channel. I was called that nickname when I was one of the fastest track runners on my team back in High School. So incidentally the name stuck with me. I decided to use that name and that presence as a brand to market my internet personality. I love using the name SpeedyTurtle, it's just got a nice ring to it and it kinda matches my features all joking aside. But the purpose of this channel was to not only be a personal broadcasting Let's Play channel. But an inclusive channel, so I vary and differ from many different channels in which other internet personalities can also be a host's to be able to present their excitement for the most exciting and upcoming games, I may be the main host but others can inhabit the chair in front of the computer to participate in the channel so there is a bit more leeway and creative freedom. I have a few friends that are Youtubers in my place. It's an innovative Idea and I have yet to see a lot of Youtubers do this. Looking forward to anybody having the opportunity to either be a SPECIAL GUEST on my channel or a HOST if they can show that they can really HAVE FUN and make an effort to be entertaining.

Basically the only reason I wanted to create this page was so that either you or my subscribers could have a chance to donate and contribute something to it. It doesn't take much it takes a dollar to really make a difference. Why this is this so important, not only is it to have the best software programs available to improve the channel's art content. Such as banner, animators and new and improved videos and profile pics. But the hardware is something that can be very difficult for me to afford and match up to the quality that is shown by many of these very famous Youtubers. I can lock it in to similar quality but that quality diminishes if I don't have very special, higher quality computer tech:

What I need to improve the channel:
-Brand New Desktop Computer (Better processor and better operating system with the latest 4k graphics card)
- 3 Terabyte of hard drives to store the digital information for use of each of the CC programs
-Another brand new Logitech camera or a very well improved camera that can shoot 1080p 4k so that I can use it as a second added video layer to transition between webcam moments in scenes
-Mic guard and a brand new Rode Mic that records and streams with stereo and an NTGR mobile stand or something similar to it so that I can move it around
-A new desk
-Foam pads to place on the walls to control the mobile studio's audio bounce from the stereo mic

**ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THIS AND NOTHING ELSE**

I believe wholeheartedly that those who give to you, you in return must use with integrity.

All of this totaled to about: $9,950 or $10,000 (That's about as much that I owe in tuition from attending the University)

My full time job can't afford all of this especially since I mainly work about forty hours a week and I spend most of that time trying to make these videos for them. My other hobbies such as writing my serialized book series, and screenplays all have to be put on the back burner but, that's pretty much the gist of this page. I am a starving artist there is no doubt about that and it I see the stereotype of how that can be chalked up to being childish. But I really love this channel, I care about it so much that I see so much potential in it's improvement and I am sure that many of my subscribers would feel the same way. Social media is so much fun and I have way too much fun for my own good trying to play the latest games on the trends is what I always wanted to do. However I also see some of the pitfalls of being this type of artist. But if you can provide that dollar, that is all you have to do, let me do all the work. Come what may and love it I always say. :)

I am aware that my subscribers are reading this and I want you guys to know that I care about you guys a lot. You guys have been really great friends with me on this channel. I love the community you and I have built and look forward to anyone who is interested in the channel as well.
