I want to help you as much as possible and I do that through consistently uploading videos to YouTube based around diet tips, best foods for fat loss, exercise workouts, how to do resistance training, and so on. These are all FREE videos but by pledging to me on Patreon, this is going to give you DIRECT ACCESS to me as an accredited nutritionist and university graduate in 'Nutrition (Exercise & Health) BSc (Hons)' achieving a 2:1. 

I specialize in helping anyone from any lifestyle to lose body fat optimally and tone up/build muscle properly. I teach this in a way which shows others how they don't need to drastically change their eating habits in order to lose fat, they can still eat out, still have alcohol etc.
