I am a solo Indie Video Game Developer and an Online Instructor for Video Game Design.

I stream on Twitch every Saturday between 7:00 pm and 11:00 pm EST. My stream allows play-testers the opportunity to try and break my current game projects live on the stream! I keep notes and use this opportunity to make my games more bulletproof as I continue to develop.

I am currently working on a couple of long-term game projects.

The first is a game which I have been calling Tabletop Adventures. This game tries to emulate classic pen-and-paper role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons. It allows you to move miniature figurines on a tile-based modular map, much like you would in a tabletop setting with your friends. Roll dice, keep a character sheet, and listen to the stories told by your game master.

Another game is called Pawnshop Tycoon which allows the player to build a Pawnshop from the garage up, learn the role of a Pawnbroker, and build their business as far as they can go.

In my spare time, I'm also working on a series of game clones which will be used as a Starting Point Template for making quick games in the future. I might use these clones to develop high-quality full release games on Steam or perhaps to participate in future Game Jams. Above all, it's an excellent way to challenge myself to constantly learn new things.
I'll clone games such as "Spelunky", "AdVenture Capitalist", Rogue-like Random Generators, "Hill Climb Racing", Tanks, "Plants VS Zombies", Metroidvania, Platformers, Driving, RPG, Puzzles and a few classic 80's style arcade games like "Sim City", "Pac-Man", "Rampart", "Joust", "Gauntlet" and more.

I'm currently working on a series of online courses teaching the new Blender 2.8 for Unity video game developers. By making the content specific to the game developer niche, I can skip over areas that are not useful or interesting to this group of students. The result is a much more refined resource for game developers, like myself, who only want to know what's necessary to add props, build levels, animate characters, and otherwise just work on their game projects.
