The what: 

First, I'm using this platform to show you EXACTLY how I'm training and EXACTLY what I'm eating.

Second, I'm using this platform to explain WHY I am training the way I'm training and eating the way I'm eating.

Third, I'm using this platform to reverse engineer the WHAT and the WHY into universal principles, so that you can better apply my strategies to your SPECIFIC situation (if you dare).

Fourth, I'm using this platform as a space for collaboration, where I can give you personalized feedback on your training program, nutrition plan, exercise technique, etc...

The how:

I am posting ONE THING at minimum every single day. Most days, this post will be expanding upon something training/nutrition related: showing you EXACTLY what I'm doing, or explaining WHY I'm doing it.

Know this:

There are no polished training and/or nutrition programs here (yet). I'm using this platform to reverse engineer my programs. Once they have been reverse engineered, they will be fully available to you. 

My training consists of basic barbell and bodyweight training (regular calisthenics and some gymnastics ring training). If you don't have gymnastics rings, don't worry. You don't need then. You can substitute. BUT. If you aren't into barbell training, this isn't for you.

My current nutrition program has an intermittent fasting backbone. I eat two meals per day. You don't HAVE to use intermittent fasting, but my two meal structure is something you should be aware of ahead of time. 

I eat a decent amount of meat. If you're a vegan, this isn't for you. If you're a vegetarian and you're okay with eating dairy and eggs, you should be okay.
