I began recording and producing The Picky Fingers Banjo Podcast because of my love for all things banjo, and because the world needs a podcast for us banjo enthusiasts!

I have worked as a professional banjo player, salesman, and sound man, so I have experience with nearly all aspects of the instrument, and strive to produce high-quality episodes for all to enjoy. Expect interviews with professional players, instructional lessons, reviews of products, and whatever else I can think of that banjo players would enjoy!

I am not currently offering rewards for donations to this Patreon page, other than a verbal acknowledgment on the podcast. The reason is simple: I made this podcast to share this information with the world, and do not want to hold anything hostage to your donation. In the future, I may offer rewards such as T-shirts or Skype lessons, but at the moment I am concentrating on producing the show.

Although I will continue to offer all episodes for free, I do incur expenses in the making of each episode. I spend money on recording equipment, web and media hosting, and traveling to get the interviews I publish. Most of all, I spend a lot of my time on the podcast.

So, if you feel that the podcast is worth a donation of even $1 per month (or more?), I am very grateful. If you cannot afford to donate, please continue to enjoy the podcast for free and I still thank you very much for listening.

Sincerely,
Keith Billik
