Fuck Cancer!

I made this account to get all this research viral and make people aware of the new ways you can help you body fight deficiencies that MAY cause illness.

I am going to be as careful as possible to not make any claims or give medical advice since I am not a doctor. I am an engineer and trained to study processes and do effective research - so I can definitely help.

That is all I claim - I want to help others beat deficiency.

My quick back story:

I started feeling really bad since 2016 - fatigue, dizziness, weird pains throughout body, shortness of breath, depression, blurred vision, chest pains, headache, really bad seborrheic dermatitis in my face, crazy itchiness in my scalp and back of neck with papules, inflamed lymph nodes back of neck, and pain in the ones in my arm pits and close to thyroid. ALL OF THESE ARE MOSTLY GONE - THEY COME BACK SOMETIMES BUT ARE DEFINITELY SUBDUED.

Myeloproliferative disorders run in my family. At the end of 2016 I came back with test results that showed severe eosinophilia. What I’ve done MAY have controlled and reversed my case, since I am almost not abnormal anymore. I was done a bone marrow biopsy (but it was done after I did more intensely the things that I’m writing here ) and it was determined that my case wasn’t dangerously malignant - but I do have 20% hypodiploid blast cells which MAY put me at risk (I would love to have doctors comment on this since I haven't found much research)

I live in a very polluted city, and last year I had a 3 cm lump in one of my lungs. I was scheduled for a biopsy; once again I did more intensely the things that I’m writing here, and when the biopsy was about to be done, the lump had reduced in size and it was postponed - now I got checked again and its almost gone. Again - there is no way for me to know if what I did was DEFINITELY what made it go away, or if it was indeed lung cancer; but its gone.

So here is how it works, new research is pointing out that SOME cancers MAY have to do with mitochondrial disorders - here is a video with a doctor and HIS CLAIMS.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuG5XZSR4vs

Like the doctor says: “if we better understand the origin of the disease we can have a better chance of managing and preventing the disease”

Mitochondria have two main functions - ATP production and oxidative management.

Focus on oxidative management. More importantly this is the key concept: Oxidative Stress.

He also wants to starve the tumor cell by changing the patients diet, so we can do that too, but as he says its not enough.

Cancer tumors have two main strengths: cells don’t die and have burst-like growth. Also in the first video the doctor talks about how in metastasis the cancer cells fuse with immune cells, very important.

So now comes second video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ffsJCoF80po&featur...

Important to notice that the doctor mentions how SOME tumor cells are mostly immune cells, similar to what the doctor in the the first video said.

And these immune cells protect the tumor cells from getting killed by other immune cells which are designed to kill cancer cells.

So we need to silence XBP-1 and reduce ER Stress which can be caused by Oxidative Stress and PH (acidity/alkalinity) problems.

The next research publication shows how HMGB1 induces XBP-1, so if we can reduce HMGB1 we can get many benefits as claimed in the third video, plus reducing XBP-1 which is what we need.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22504285

The third video talks about how to reduce HMGB1 and benefits:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OU2FIub_BHI

So now we have the main star of the ingredients of the list of things you need to beat deficiency.

Mung beans! These guys are my best friends, when I start feeling sick, get rash, get chest/lung pain or swollen lymph nodes I start eating these beans every day, as many times as I can. These can be also called Chinese sprouts, they are very popular in Asian cuisine ( I theorize this is why there is less cancer in that part of the world.) You can sprout them yourself or buy sprouts (you want sprouts with the green shell still there and good looking).

Doctors use corticosteroids to suppress immune cells in rashes, allergies, lupus, etc; for when the immune cells are going crazy. I read that corticosteroids act through the Nitric Oxide pathway which trigger cell death. Corticosteroids can have nasty side-effects, but Nitric Oxide can be produced by the body if you give it the second most important ingredient in the list:

Video #4
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dk7NjHjNqDA

L-arginine [[Must be the type free form]]: it is found in watermelon, that's why the doctor in the fifth video recommends eating lots of it. But you can beat your deficiency quicker with L-arginine. It must be the type free form - read on the label the type, don’t use the one with HCL. USE ONLY FREE FORM.

Video #5
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L-S_lFg6-0o

( This doctor in the fifth video (above) goes off the rail on a lot of things, just do what makes sense to you, he is a bit crazy on my book - I DON’T WANT TO MAKE ANY OF THE CLAIMS HE DOES, but he talks about some important things, if you got questions I can help)

He also loves grapes, I love grapes too. But again I want to beat my deficiency faster so I go for the third most important ingredient of the list.

Grape seed extract: it also helps produce nitric oxide and reduce oxidative stress. A two puncher.

Now for the fourth ingredient we need to go back to first video and remember that mitochondria is where oxidative management is mostly done so we need to get the mitochondria working properly again, we need to give it a boost with an enzyme.

Ubiquinol - its the activated form of CoQ10, its given to people with heart disease cause it helps the body against lipid oxidation; as we saw in the second video, lipid oxidation can cause cancer. Bring back your mitochondria to healthy oxidative management.

Omega 3 also acts as an antioxidant of lipids so we add it to the list as well. I take high doses of DHA, it makes me feel smarter.

Inside the mitochondria, manganese is used for antioxidant management, so it is very important. I have more research publications for the rest of the ingredients but this post would be crazy long, I am just gonna list them with comments. (For more go to https://beatdeficiency.imgur.com/ )

Manganese is different from Magnesium

In the second and fifth videos, the doctors said that PH(acidity/alkalinity) problems induce tumour growth so we want to give the body something to balance it out.

You need to learn how to make Magnesium Bicarbonate water - basically you add Magnesium milk to carbonated water. You can find it in google, or I’ll make a post in imgur. So drink Magnesium Bicarbonate Water to balance the body’s PH.

A few more ingredients all help against oxidative stress, and here I’ll mention that oxidative stress is used by the body for different purposes, so oxidative stress by itself is not a bad thing, it is oxidative disorders what you want to avoid, that’s why it’s best to give nutritional elements and amino acids to the body and let it figure it out on its own.

The rest of the ingredients for oxidative stress are:

-Bee’s pollen - it has many amino acids that the body uses for antioxidant production.
-MSM - It’s an activated form of sulfur, and it is used also like Manganese for antioxidant protection.
- Selenium - same as Manganese and Sulfur
- Hydrolyzed Collagen - same as bee’s pollen, the body needs these amino acids, Ill make a post on how I eat it to help me also against depression (Go to https://beatdeficiency.imgur.com/ )

The second video - in the q&a mentions lupus -
and many other diseases MAY have a root cause in oxidative stress, so this is not only for people with cancer, but for people with rashes, allergies, fatigue, fibromyalgia, different types of sclerosis, joint pain /rheumatoid problems - they all MAY be helped by these ingredients.

The final ingredient is reduce emotional stress. Emotional stress causes oxidative stress. It causes disruption in the nitric oxide pathways which can worsen immune problems and cardiovascular problems; here is the research and video to support it.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC36034...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6IL8WVyMMs

Ingredient List:
* Mung beans - every day as much as you can (sprout them yourself or buy sprouts - you want sprouts with the green shell still there and good looking.)
* L-arginine ( has to be the type “free form”) - 1 gram a day
* Grape Seed Extract - 200 mg a day
* Ubiquinol - 100 mg a day
* Omega 3 - daily dose
* Manganese - 10mg every 4 days
* Magnesium Bicarbonate Water - 2 gulps every day
* Bee’s Pollen - tea spoon every day
* MSM - daily dose ( I stop sometimes, its ok)
* Selenium - daily dose ( I stop sometimes, its ok)
* Hydrolyzed Collagen (See future Post https://beatdeficiency.imgur.com/ )
* Reduce emotional stress - tell your family/friends/colleagues to back off if needed, hehe - get your big boy/girl pants! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKVYcPJbyAM

Also reduce carbohydrates as much as you can, except for fruits of course. No simple sugars or artificial sweeteners, no white bread, no sodas, no potatoes, rice once/twice a week (brown better). Instead of bread go for beer, if applicable. No excess alcohol, but enjoy life, get those good emotions rocking!

I may be an engineer but when I got sick, I stopped working. I started researching and went on to enjoy a simple life and lived off savings (not much really, I am young); so please if these help you or your loved ones, donate. I want to move to a place where there is less pollution, and I am studying music; I always wanted to be a musician - so you know, starving musicians need all the support they can get.
