I am working towards better health, to benefit both myself and those in my life. Workout plan includes, jogging, yoga and swimming. Pair that with healthy eating and I hope to lose, 100 pounds in 18 months. Please support my cause; I appreciate your patronage! ;-)

Your support will go towards covering the swimming and yoga expenses, and buying healthy food (even some supplements perhaps), as well as the occasional purchase of clothing, shoes and workout gear. I may begin to incorporate weight lifting at home with a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell, but for now it's yoga, swimming and jogging.
