About Bridge Fit

So what exactly does it mean to be Bridge Fit? Well there are 4 basic guidelines to implement in your life in order call yourself Bridge Fit.  It is a process and it will not happen over night. You will have goods times and bad times, but the idea is to have an upward trajectory of positive change in your life. I’m think you’ve probably heard this before, but if not, this is a very interesting way of think about your body. According to the Bible, our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 6:19 & 20 says, "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."
The 4 basic guidelines are EAT HEALTHY following an 80/20 rule, do some form of EXERCISE at the minimum 3 times a week, READ YOUR BIBLE daily even if it is just one verse, and last but not least PRAY ALWAYS…have a continuous conversation with God.  He is always with you so why not talk with him.  Open your day with Good Morning God and end it with Good Night God. How does that sound…not too bad right? I think this is doable, don’t you?  Well I think you’ve got the basic idea of Bridge LET'S GET STARTED on this exciting journey TOGETHER!
