I have been cooking in my family kitchen ever since the age of 4, but have made family meals on my own ever since I was 11. Over the years I have worked very hard to learn more about my passion for Culinary Arts. Recently I was accepted into the World Central Kitchen's Chef Network where I will be able to enhance my dream traveling the world to help work on other food-based social enterprises in areas hit with natural disaster and help create businesses within communities to help fund orphanages, homeless shelters, food banks, and more. My main goal with my business is to eventually open a Community Nutrition Center which is a restaurant that serves a purpose to feed and educate all ages. There will be a community garden, where students will learn how to grow and harvest their own food and bring it to the kitchen to cook it and then to the table for restaurant service.
