Welcome to the team! I'm your Coach, Courtney Alison.
A monthly accountability group called "The Locker Room" with THREE streams of training programs, nutrition information and teaching you how to pair fitness and nutrition for the best results. There's also options for 1-1 Coaching. I'm a certified CrossFit L1 Trainer, ATS Personal Trainer, mom of 2, wife, and equestrian. I've also got certifications in everything from Boxing to Spin, Group Fitness and TRX! I love studying and learning about the Human Body.

I want you to think of this as your online gym - full of great training options and a wicked support community.  - ACCOUNTABILITY - Daily WOD's with options for home or gym - LEARN with loads of resources on everything from how to set your own macros to how to scale a WOD.

Next Level
$20 or more per month

The basics of the Locker Room (programming & education) PLUS a monthly set of macros to your goals and a check-in to chat about your goals and next steps!

1-1 Monthly Coaching
$60 or more per month
Combine the training power and community of The Locker Room and boost it with 1-1 Macro Coaching.

We work one on one to build healthy habits with food. Teaching you how to use tools such as intermittent fasting, carb cycling, macro counting, calorie budgets, protein targets, etc. We take into consideration all your different life stressors, events, and lifestyle.

There's many tools you can use and combine, but we find the right combination for your body! We have weekly checkins, progress photos every two weeks, as well as measurements. You will also have text messaging support if needed. Outside the locker room this service is $75/mo with no training added in.
