Everything you give allows us to continue making content to meet our mission. While our mission has multiple aims, it boils down to this: The Creative Writing Guild helps make your words better.

We do this by offering three types of resources: educational resources, which aim to help writers improve their craft; social resources, which bring together writers from around the world in a safe, productive, online space; and local resources, which help writers set up local creative writing groups in their communities and universities.

Currently, the 40 or so volunteer hours contributed to the Guild each week allow us to post one educational article each week, work on promoting and refining the site, maintaining our social resources (such as the forums), and work on awesome projects like putting together writing exercise collections, a refined local kit, and more.

By contributing, you're letting us expand those efforts. That means we can write more frequent articles, ramp up our social offerings, help more local chapters flourish, write more exercise collections, start a podcast, start doing videos, and make sure that more writers have access to and awareness of our work.
