Welcome! I hope you enjoy my art and are pleased by what you see here.

I am a dot artist!  My primary focus is on creating unique and detailed mandalas - one dot at a time. But I sometimes find myself dotting other things. The canvas could just as easily be a candle stick or a clay pot. One never knows what I might dot on next!

Dot art originated in Australia in the early 1970's as a way for the Aboriginal peoples to secretly express their sacred symbols in art. Since then, dot art has been adopted and adapted by artists all over the globe. What you see here is my own expression of this wonderful, versatile style.

When I am not dotting, I could be knitting or writing or exploring the amazing city I live in looking for inspiration. When it comes to dot art, though, the process is entirely intuitive. I have no idea when I sit down to paint what the end result will be. I simply choose my colours, find centre and lose myself in the meditation that creating mandalas is. Each piece is unique. The patterns that emerge, I believe, flow through me, rather than come from me.

My dream is to share my art with the world. Thank you for stopping by. And thank you for your patronage. It is a blessing and a privilege to be part of your life.
