About Gurus
‘Gurus’ has been in production since fall of 2013. The channel house many formats underneath the parent show ‘Gurus,’ such as ‘The B-Team,’ ‘The Oddest Couple,’ ‘The Stooges,’ and ‘Gurus SHORTS.'
The animation process is strenuous, and a one man operation. We decided to incorporate Patreon as a vehicle to help make it possible to continue the time required for a high-quality product. Since changes to Youtube have occurred, it isn't a stable vehicle to depend on monetarily.
The production has had meetings with Hollywood executives for placement on television, but values creative independence that may not be available when signed to a network. Our aim is to be able to continue providing raw and thought-provoking material online. Your support will help make it possible for this production to continue at a high quality and efficiency.
