Hi there! I am so excited that you found my Patreon page! My name is KaLinda LeJune and I am a Dance Fitness content creator! This page is for dance students and dance educators alike to find workouts, exercises, blog posts, in-depth articles, and podcasts on how to become a strong-bodied, healthy dancer! My Patreon account will also feature weekly across the floor and center combinations in various styles such as jazz, modern, contemporary, and more!

What kind of content will you be seeing?
My main content will be in the form of workout videos, detailed exercise plans, blog posts, thoroughly researched articles, and podcasts on topics pertaining to building a strong body, body image, creativity, improvisation, keeping a healthy mindset as a dancer, and more! Also, I will be posting weekly across the floor and center combinations in various dance styles that you can either try at home as a dancer or, if you're a teacher, use for inspiration in your classes!

A little about me:
I am 29 years old and have danced since the age of three, even spending three years on a professional dance company. I have always been active, but I struggled with my weight for most of my life. It seemed that no matter how active I was, I always carried extra weight and was very self-conscious of my body. In December of 2017, I did a 60-day online challenge called MA30DAY by Massy Arias. I lost 14.3lbs in 60 days and 8.9% body fat! I continued on with the program on my own and eventually lost even more body fat, totaling almost 15% total loss since beginning the program. Shortly thereafter, I began training for Spartan races and went through a transition as I began to learn the ins and outs of endurance training. My muscle increased, my nutrition had to be adjusted, and I learned a lot through the process! Currently, my training is a mix of weightlifting, calisthenics, endurance training, and HIIT training. I am also a coach now for the MA30DAY program! I have taught dance for years and as I transitioned into the fitness arena, I learned so many tools that I saw would benefit the dance world as well. By building a strong core and a strong body, dancers can not only prevent injury, but also be able to expand their movement, master new skills, and overall enjoy movement more.
