Dr. Koenraad ELST (°Leuven, Belgium, 1959) is MA Sinology, MA Indology, MA Philosophy, PhD of Oriental Philology and History, and has worked as political journalist, foreign policy assistent in the Belgian Senate, and professor of Indo-European Studies. He has written on Asian thought, the interface of religion and politics in both the European Union and the South-Asian Subcontinent (with highlights in the Ayodhya controversy and on the reasons behind Mahatma Gandhi's assassination), and the Indo-European Homeland question.
