Hello! I'm Hoonyong Seo, an Art/ Story creator. You can call me Hoon, kuryong, or riceball.
(Depends on how to pronounce) kuryong is a funnier way to call my name in real life, and one of my good friends started calling me a riceball; just because they thought I had a round face...haha.

I've been drawing for years, and I love drawing and putting my ideas to 'em, but I started thinking that "just drawing" wouldn't make myself unique.
So I took some time to find what my strongest point in art was -- and figured out I can show stories through drawings.

Project_bard: Labyrinth is part of a big project I've been working for years, and is designed to be a Visual Novel. It's a story about Bards (storytellers) who are trapped inside a closed area (aka Labyrinth), surrounded by a witch - Lady in Red. The player's goal is helping other NPCs to find an exit. Most of the dialogues will be presented with still images, but major cut-scenes will be animated. And here's an example.

Pretty cool, right?

Brainstorming stories, and applying them into drawings is what I love to do, but at the same time it is a real time-consuming process. And since I've got things I need to be doing in the real world, I can't put a lot time on them. Well, this is where your support becomes a big help. Once I can reach certain level of supports, I will be able to put almost full-time on projects, and you will see better quality/ faster works done.

Based on this project, I'm planning to expend my area - creating more VN, draw comics, or create something new related to art/story.

The current project, Project_bard: Labyrinth will be Free to play on PC when it's released. Yes, money is important but what I want to see through this project is "how many people with actually be interested in my works and pay attention to future projects?"

My first language is Korean, so I am developing this VN using Korean. Once it's done I am planning to translate it into English with Natives' help (my grammar and knowledge on words aren't that great haha).

Patreons will be able to see exclusive drawings/sketches, step by step on how drawings made, and updates on projects - on both related to current project and other stuff from anime/manga/etc.
And if you want to see something else from me, just ask! I will consider it, and add it.

Thank you very much form visiting my page, and I'm looking forward to see you again!

Start working on English translation earlier than what it was planned. Start drawing some 4-koma(panel) comics based on Project_bard:Labyrinth characters/settings. Posting some Step-by-step tutorials of my drawings on Instagram.
