Kyle Okaly

is creating esoteric songs

per song

In 2010 I started working on a song about StarCraft based on a pun. Now, in 2019, I've released 11 songs about videogames and other media that I enjoy.

That's around one song per year on average. I create these songs entirely in my spare time, and they share that time with other things I enjoy (like consuming the media that inspires them, and also, you know, spending time with friends and family).

I'm creating this Patreon now for two reasons:

1. It's a good measure of how much interest there is in future songs. If demand grows, I'll try to find ways to dedicate more time to making them.

2. Patreon is changing their pricing model for all accounts launched after May 7, 2019. Accounts launched before that date will lock in "founders" pricing. I've considered starting a Patreon before, and this seems like a good time to do it.

Any amount pledged will only be paid when I release a new song.
$27 of $100 per song
If I make $100 per song through Patreon, I will:

-Commit to a regular schedule for releasing new songs (instead of "whenever I have the time, maybe once a year, who knows")

-Add some new goals to this page and figure out rate tiers, rewards, patron-only content, etc.
