About Lawyer Hacks

I provide weekly advice and tips for wannabe lawyers in law school and who are taking the bar, and I also help provide lawyer hacks for getting an in-house job at a big tech company or startup - because I've been there and done that!

I also opine on legal issues related to the technology industry, and give advice on how to get an in-house job and how to thrive in your company.

I am a lawyer and I know it's hard to be a lawyer sometimes. It takes fortitude, grit, and a certain amount of self-flagellation. But I'm here to tell you that you can get through it!

Why am I qualified to give you advice? Aside from my view that anyone who has gone through law school and who has successfully practiced as a lawyer has relevant advice, this is my background: I graduated from law school. I was on Law Review. I am licensed as a lawyer in NY and CA. I worked in financial services. I worked at one of the tech companies everyone wants to work for. I won some nice lawyer awards. I now work as a lawyer at a startup. But most importantly, I've fucked things up as a human being and as a lawyer at times, which makes my advice instructive and hopefully interesting.  I've lived a lot. I try not to make the same mistakes twice. And the good news is you can learn from my mistakes without having to make them yourself.

OH AND I LOVE DOGS, so that's why you see dogs and not legal books on my Patreon. Namaste.
