How will our favourite wines survive climate change?
Hi! I'm Linda and I have been a wine critic, wine author, wine competition judge and mostly, a wine drinker, for 25 years. I now also run The Wine and Climate Change Institute in Oxford, England.  We have to think twice before we use 350+ litres of freshwater irrigation for one glass of wine. I also look at how wine producers can best adapt to climate change so that we always have great wine to drink and at what sort of changes are coming for consumers. I also have started a You Tube channel. You can read my published papers, books and articles at or learn more about my research at  Right now I am researching and writing my new book: BLIND DRUNK: WATER OR WINE and have created the RAINFED REGISTRY for wineries that are 100% dry farmed. This will be the first book I publish without my publisher. I am proud to be going out on my own, but I certainly need your support.
