Hi there, my name is Liz and I was born with limb difference. Living with limb difference has given me a unique perspective on things and has opened up some amazing opportunities in life.

I am a writer on Medium dot com. I write about disability, inclusion, and accessibility with an aim to be challenging, but in a positive way. I have written for the Guardian and the Huffington Post. I'm a speaker on disability and inclusion as well, having done a TEDx  talk on disability and strengths.

My dream is to bring more writing work into my life. I love telling stories, and whilst I have been able to do that as a speaker, I know I can reach more people through writing.
