About Matthew Gordon Price

Before we go into who I am, I would like to just say thank you for looking at my profile and being a part of my fan base - I hope to see you at one of my gigs soon!

Who Am I?
Matthew Gordon Price is an alternative folk musician who provides an emotional narrative to which many can relate. His sound has been compared to artists such as Damien Rice, Marcus Mumford and Glenn Hansard.

What have I been doing up until now?
2016-2017 was a life changing period for Matthew, as he supported the likes of: Beardyman; Sound Of The Sirens; Meadowlark; Seth Lakeman; Phat Bollard; Antimatador and found himself on the same line-up as Craig David and Benjamin Francis Leftwich. Matthew also performed a BBC Introducing ‘Live In Session’ (Devon) and found himself on festival line ups including Glas-Denbury (BBC Introducing Stage) and Looe Music Festival.

Future Plans?
The future looks promising for Matthew, with his unconditional love for music, accumulating tour dates, new releases and the addition of his backing band, which includes an array of talented musicians including: Dan Johnson (Drums); Toby Gisborne (Bass); Eva Axelby (Violin); Aimee Dorel (Keys) and Jamie Yost (Lead Guitar).

Out Now
Matthew’s latest release ‘Rivalry’ (E.P) is out now and available on all platforms. The E.P includes tracks such as ‘Sweet As Stone’, ‘Vixen Queen’, ‘Numb’ and ‘Rivalry’. Subscribe to Matthews events or follow him on social media to learn more and find out where he is performing next.

Again, thank you so much for supporting me and my team!
$0 of $100 per month
I've got a lot of goals but this one is for when I reach $100. When I reach this amount i'll be able to buy my next pedal in my pedalboard set-up which will effectively allow me to take even more control of my sound at live gigs and live recordings.
