These workouts include...

- Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced variations. Every woman is at a different stage in their fitness journey. You shouldnt have to adjust your experience into a one size fits all program. The program should adjust to YOUR specific needs!
- No equipment needed...seriously! It's so frustrating to purchase a workout program that says "No equipment needed" yet the trainers use free weights, resistance bands, or a box and they say to simply do the exercises without the equipment....Come on now, how effective is a bicep curl without a dumbbell??
- 31 minutes or less. We are women..we have stuff to do! These workouts are short yet oh so effective!!
- Never Repeat a workout. The Fit Mom Guide is a 12 or 14 week program. I don't give you 1 weeks worth of workouts and say repeat those for a month. NOPE. Every day you will have a new workout ready for you to crush!

Also you will notice that I do not include music in the workouts. I did this on purpose so that you can listen to your own jams while still being able to hear the exercise instruction!

On Monday, October 1st, 2018 we all will start The Fit Mom Guide together. As mentioned above, The Fit Mom Guide is a 12 or 14 week fitness program. Weeks 1 & 2 of the program are Inner Core Training (optional). They are for those that need to strengthen their inner core, heal a Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation), and strengthen a weak pelvic floor (you pee when you sneeze, jump, or laugh).

If you have a strong Inner Core and Pelvic Floor then you will skip weeks 1 & 2 and start on Week 3 of the program.

The Group challenge is for those ready to start on Week 3!

Each morning you will wake up to a new workout video for that day! We will all be doing the same workout together!

All you have to do is press PLAY and Rock & Roll! 

(There is a 2 week break between each Group Challenge)

What types of workouts will we be doing?
The workouts are in the form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). This means that you will be performing an exercise at a high intensity but for a very short amount of time. This method is key for not only burning calories during the workout but also at rest! Who doesn't want to burn calories at rest?! We will do Upper Strength, Lower Strength, Inner Core Training, Abs, Full Body Cardio, and Speed Training!

How long are the workouts?
Each workout is a different length but are around 20-30 min. making them perfect for busy schedules.

Do the workouts require any equipment? Nope! All you need is yourself and a good pair of shoes then you press PLAY! The workouts follow my program called The Fit Mom Guide

Will these workouts effect my milk supply? If you eat and drink enough then exercising should not effect your milk supply. Many women have completed The Fit Mom Guide while nursing and have seen fabulous results all while maintaining a great milk supply. In The Fit Mom Guide I give you a Nutrition Plan that has breastfeeding adjustments. Each nursing experience is different so you will need to play around with how much food you need to maintain your supply and get the results you want. In the guide I give tips to be able to tell if your milk supply is dropping and ways to bring it back up if necessary.

Can I do these workouts while pregnant? The workouts that will be posted are from my program called The Fit MOM Guide. If you are pregnant then you will do workouts from The Fit PREGNANCY Guide. This guide has over 60 workouts that are safe for your pregnancy and they are geared toward each phase of your pregnancy. The workouts also prepare your body for labor and delivery as well as a smooth recovery postpartum. My goal is to have these workout videos on Patreon as well in the near future so stay tuned!

Do I have to pay in US Dollars? NO - Pay in any currency! As this is US based website, everything is written in Dollars, but you can use any currency and it will be automatically converted.
