Welcome to our Patreon page! We are aiming to solidify our platform for Caribbean art and literature with our online magazine and our biennial workshop for emerging Caribbean poets.

Moko (mokomagazine.org) is a non-profit journal that publishes fiction, poetry, visual arts, and non-fiction essays that reflect a Caribbean heritage or experience. We were founded in 2013 with a goal to create networks with a Pan-Caribbean ethos in a way that is also sensitive to our location within the Virgin Islands. We embrace diversity of experience and self-expression.

We also run the Moko Writers' Workshop for emerging Caribbean poets every Spring in the hills of Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Check out the video of our inaugural session.
