Hi Patreon! My name is Moth, I'm thirty years old (she/her, wlw) and I'm a fiction writer from the UK. I'm currently working towards publication of my first novel and I'd be honoured if you wanted to support me in that. Though I have a full time job, I work in an industry where wages are traditionally low. Your support means I can spend less time picking up shifts and more time at home with my keyboard.

My fiction features same sex romances and relationships, often with a good dash of magic realism, high stakes and adventure. My current big project is Fairytale, a male/male age-gap romance featuring the Seelie Court from fae legends set in the modern world. The first book is now finished, with two more to go, and I'm also working to produce a variety of short fiction centred on queer themes and relationships.

If you'd like to know more about me and what I do, you can follow me on Twitter or Tumblr.

$3
$3 or more per month

Short on spare cash, but want to support your friendly local Moth? For $3 a month, you can help keep me in vital fuel for writing: crisps and chocolate oranges.

In return you'll get access to blog updates about my current projects, so you can hear about what I'm working on and how it's going.

(You'll also get to see regular photos of my guinea pigs. I promise they're cute.)

$6
$6 or more per month

For $6 each month, as well as adorable guinea pig photos and regular updates on all my projects, you'll get access to private blog posts with writing advice from me, tips and tricks of the trade, Q&As and other writing-based discussions.

I'll share tips with you on how I come up with plots, characters, description and dialogue, as well as ideas on how to get your writing to reach a wider audience.

(Each month I'll have an ask box where you can submit questions and requests for topics.)

$9
$9 or more per month

If you're kind enough to support me with $9 a month, I'll thank you by giving you access to exclusive short stories and pieces of fiction - in addition to project updates, blog posts with writing tips, photographs of genuinely top-notch guinea pigs and of course my eternal gratitude.

Every month, I'll produce at least one story you won't be able to read anywhere else. These might include bonus scenes from finished stories of mine, advance previews of works-in-progress, or standalone one-shots written specially for Patreon.

$20
$20 or more per month (sold out!)

In case anyone is crazy enough: if you're willing to support me with $20 each month, in addition to project updates, pig pictures, advance chapters of what I'm working on, writing advice and exclusive stories, I'll thank you personally with a 300+ word ficlet on a prompt of your choice every month you pledge that much.

Whatever you'd like me to write for you, it will be yours. You can ask for original fiction, fanfiction, or anything else your heart desires. Whether you'd like me to share these pieces with other people, or you'd prefer to keep them just to yourself, I'll leave up to you.

And, when my first book gets published, you'll get a signed copy posted to you.
