Marina Carvan has worked with massages and bodywork therapies for more than 20 years. Since childhood her family already worked with yoga & massage - the body and its holistic functioning.
Over the years Marina has explored a myriad of techniques: Hawaiian, neuromuscular, Kriya, Tui-na, Swedish, relaxing, abhyanga, Arym, Thai, among others.
She developed her own style of massage, which unites the most delicious and effective maneuvers and techniques learned during her career, in a fluid and intuitive session.
"For me, touch is life, it is energy, it is love. Massage is good for both the person who touches and the person who is touched, if we do it in a quiet, relaxed and present way"
This is the idea of this tutorials: to rescue the connection of people with the touch.
Massaging does not have to be tedious. Massage is an amazing tool of connection, both with the family, with friends and, of course, with your partner.
The short and simple videos do not intend to transform anyone into a body therapist. It's actually much more than that. The goal is to help anyone to rediscover the wisdom of the touch that exists in each of us since the beginning of times - like the mother lioness who fells confident as she caresses her babies, the flamingos who dance and rub the body of their lovers, the primates that nourish their bonds of friendship and love by hunting small fleas and simply giving affection.
