Hi everyone!

I am Nathan Coram, a freshman meteorology student at UMass Lowell, and the operator of the Dracut Weather online pages. Since 2015, I have been delivering forecasts online for the area via Twitter (@ncoramwx and @dracutweather), Facebook (facebook.com/dracutmawx), and the dracutweather.com website.

I love what I do and want to make a career out of it, but what I do isn't free to me: there are data subscription fees to pay so I can bring you the best possible forecasts. I also want to take Dracut Weather further: I am contemplating some new visuals that go beyond the usual 2- and 5-day forecasts, new software to help me bring you a better forecast, and possibly even a weather station to publish real-time weather readings and help me verify my forecasts. I also put a lot into these forecasts, which includes getting up early and sometimes staying up late.

I'm not asking for much from everyone, and I'm not asking that everyone contributes. But if you can contribute, I would greatly appreciate it, because it'll help me bring you a better forecast - both directly and indirectly.

No matter how this goes, Dracut Weather isn't going anywhere; while I do have a part-time job, having support from my fantastic followers will give me a little extra breathing room to allow me to take Dracut Weather to a new level.

Thank you for your support!
