Bryant Fennell is a World-Class bartender, from North Philadelphia, that has expanded his skill set to becoming an authority in wine knowledge(Sommelier). While working in bars and restaurants, as a craft cocktail bartender, guests would always ask "What wine should I have with my meal?" I would respond with a casual, "whatever you like!" I always felt sad for providing a dis-service to the experience. I then decided to learn about wine. Rigorous internet searches for inexpensive used books and certification programs, I realized just how much of an investment this journey could become. A few months after studying, I passed the Court of Master Sommelier(CMS) level 1 exam. At the same time, I was attending the National Wine School of Philadelphia(NWS) and acquiring knowledge in the classroom setting. A year later, I received my degree from NWS as a certified sommelier. I'm currently continuing my studies to become an Advanced Sommelier, with the goal of achieving the title of Master Sommelier within the next few years. That is why the Noble Grape Wine Club is dear to my heart. I want to share the knowledge I've learned, while making it practical by engaging with everyone apart of the wine club. I believe the wine club is amazing, because everyone benefits! It forces me to continue to study and grow by learning more content to share with you, and in return you get your personal Sommelier! High Spirits all around Cheers!
