Welcome to Northwest Nature Matters Podcast Patreon Site! This podcast is produced by host John Goodell, in partnership with the Oregon Chapter of The Wildlife Society, and the Oregon Wildlife Foundation.

ORTWS is a professional member organization representing scientists, managers, educators, planners, conservation officers, students and others who manage, conserve, and study fish and wildlife populations and their habitats.

The Pacific Northwest attracts people who value natural scenery, clean air and water, and abundant fish and wildlife resources. Conservation is important to us, yet accessing accurate information is challenging in this era of polarized content. The goal of the podcast is to serve as an antidote; to allow you the listener the opportunity to dive into the nuance behind complex topics, and explore the fascinating diversity of life in the Pacific Northwest, through long-form conservation with local experts.

We are a listeners supported production. Your support makes this possible!

Gratefully,

John M. Goodell,, Host
