First thing first:

     I wish that the content I created to be accessible by everyone, so there's no tier-exclusive content. Though, I'm still in need of support from you guys :D.

Nowadays,

     people become more interested in Meditation and The Teachings of the Buddha, so I want to contribute to this.

     There are many valuable books and teachings out there that could definitely be a benefit to us all, but so many of them are old books which are not attractive much. My work is to convert them into a form that looks more modern.
     The first choice that comes to me is audiobooks since it's another favourite mean of learning and many people find it to be more comfortable and enjoyable. And some people might find it to be a preferred choice and it doesn't require too many high-priced equipments and also be able to be converted to be played in many devices with mp3/wav and other formats. Though, audiobooks still require some good equipments and specific room (or environment) to create good audio.
     Also, audio contents mean even the blind can also listen to them.
     And I may also create videos from the audio files so that these contents will also be available via Youtube as well.

     Some teachings I find may be in Thai language, a country with the most percentage and number of Buddhists (93.20% = 64,419,840 Buddhists - as of 2010), in this case, I will translate them into English and will also try to voice it as well.

     Sometimes, I may write/rewrite content which will be from those teachings.

 What are the benefits of Meditation?

There are many aspects ones can be benefitted from meditation. Here are some examples:

Studying & Learning

     There are studies/researches show that training in meditation helps in brain enlargement, recovery memory, better memory, stress reduction, better relaxation, better sleep (quality sleep), better immunity, better health, etc.
    Ones who train in meditation will have a clearer mind, better at studying and learning.

Critical illnesses prevention & treatment

     Meditation also helps (if not a treatment method) in curing
Alzheimer's disease,
- Insomnia,
- Anxiety,
- Depression,
- Major depressive disorder,
- Prevent cancer (may also be able to cure it),
- Hypertension (high blood pressure),
- Etc.

Productivity / Work Efficiency

Training in meditation will help one to have
- a good memory,
- sharp decision making,
- can make the right decision in a short time,
- fewer mistakes,
- Etc.

Time saving

     This is a strange topic, many people would say, 'If I do meditation 1 hour a day, doesn't that mean I lose 1 hour a day?'. There is more to it than that and ones will gain much more from that 1 hour of training a day.
     We all were taught that everyone has the same amount of time each day. But would you believe that this statement is half incorrect? I will put this topic into my creation on this page, but to put it simply: meditation training will give you more time.

     And there will be many other aspects of meditation such as:
- Insight
- Peaceful Mind
- Chaos Situation/Thoughts
- Suffering
- Sinful deeds
- Greed
- Clouded Mind/Judgement

- Etc.
     Because each person has/had different experiences/learning in his/her life and will view it and be benefitted from it differently. And I wish that anyone who comes across my content will be able to find the aspect(s) he/she interested in and be benefitted from it greatly.

The Buddha's teachings?

     The main objective of this page is to spread the self-training method of meditation and its benefits while also spread the Buddha's teachings and maintain Buddhism. My writings&translation will try its best to use easy-to-understand words so that everyone, including non-Buddhists, will be able to understand them easily.

Why do I need support?

     My content will focus on self-training and there'll be no courses that anyone can buy from me, and no priced books or merchandises. Everyone could consider the contents of the page to be the courses, which I may later put a recommended order to read/listen to - which these contents will be accessible by everyone. This page and my website will probably be my only support means.

No Courses?

     Self-training may not be an immediate solution for everyone, but I believe that it will be a sustainable solution for everyone which will lead to self-improvement. As Christians said, "God helps those who help themselves." and I also found that many old contents are so valuable, many people - including me - find that 'if we limit the learning time we also limit what we learn from it as well'.
     And also that the self-training is quite effective, you don't have to prepare for a trip/journey, travel cost, travel time, course price, time to travel back, etc. Thus, instead of these times you use on preparation & traveling, ones can use it for self-training.

Why Self-training?

     "You are what you eat." this statement is also as true as "We Become What We Practice.".
     It is by nature that everyone already has a certain capacity of learning/practicing. But what they don't have is the means, self-control, and some instructions when one's got stuck. My content will aim at the means and some instructions when one's got stuck (in the form of FAQs). For self-control, you yourself are probably the best master.
     Self-training is surely a hard thing to do and maintain. But when you master it, you will have infinite potential to improve yourself.
     *There will be times when ones will need extra guidance(s) from experts or masters, but before then ones can start ones' self-training right now.

How often will I release paid content?

     I aim to release paid content once a month in the beginning. Though, when there are more supporters (patrons), I will release more contents each month while I will only release paid content once a month. Thus, if some months I have enough support or if I'm too busy to release contents, such as accidents, I will choose to not post a paid post so you guys don't have to pay to support me in that month.
