I like to see rituals as something that we do to prepare ourselves – an action that helps us attune to a sense of groundedness and safety so that we can face the impacts of life without becoming overwhelmed. I believe that rituals have been and still are important to us humans, and that many of us could benefit from creating space for them in our daily lives. Rituals all of us do on a daily basis in some way or another, for example brushing our teeth as a part of our morning and evening routines. They are actions of preparation, helping us to transit from one state to another. 

My name is Robin. The last decade I have helped people in different ways to cultivate body awareness, self knowledge, trust and physical wellbeing. Since I am passionate about the body and how to create a stronger sensory relationship to it, the rituals I share in this forum are based in that field – Rituals that can help you to become Rooted in your Body. By becoming a supportive member, you can enjoy the content for yourself but you also help me continuing to share my art with the world. 

About Me
I am a Physical Therapist, FRC™ Mobility Specialist and cert. Virya Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) originally from Finland. I am also one of the co-owners, concept developers and main educators at the Nordic Yoga Institute (Sweden), where I teach anatomy, biomechanics and asana.

I am passionate about exploring the body and movement through deep somatic exploration. With emphasis on dynamic controlled transitions, I integrate methods from movement science in order to promote functional mobility and strength, body awareness and resilience as well as joint health. Thought he lens of embodied mindfulness I teach with the intention to help you fully inhabit your body and to connect with the expression of your own spiritual essence.
