If the content that I have created has added value to you in some way, or if you would like to support the ongoing efforts we have here at RunBuzz to create educational and inspiring content for the running community, (podcasts, articles, videos, etc) then please consider becoming a show supporter. Since 2014, we have created over 125 hours of free podcasts, dozens of articles and videos, and given advice to runners around the world. 

Our mission, first and foremost, is to help others in the running community become better runners and to promote running to those new to the sport. I have a heart of serving and through your pledge, hope to be able to continue to serve the you and the running community.

I am a RRCA and USA Track and Field – Level 1 certified running coach, running club director, and creator of RunBuzz.com and the RunBuzz Radio podcast, a top running podcast on iTunes where I share running tips, training principles, expert interviews, and inspiring stories of everyday runners and experts so that we can all learn more about the sport and how to improve our running ability. We have an amazing, private FB community that I encourage you to join, even if you decide not to pledge support financially.  

I share experiences from my journey, or my guest's journey, when it comes to life, running, and the pursuit of healthy living. I share our successes, failures, fears, hopes, dreams, etc. and present them in a unique way for each show. I am always learning from my experience as a runner and coach and I love sharing what I learn with the intent to provide education, entertainment, encouragement and inspiration that hopefully motivates you and others to take action in your own life and take running to the next level whatever that means for you.

I focus on 4 key areas:
1.  Training (Running, Strength Training, Flexibility, etc)
2.  Nutrition
3.  Fitness Mindset
4.  Healthy Lifestyle Habits

Podcasting and content creation is a slow and time consuming process. I am committed to the long haul in order to meet the needs and goals of our running community members.

Each 45-60 minute podcast episode can take upwards of 8-10 hours to prepare, record, and produce. Each article can take up to 6 hours to plan, research and write. And then there is the social media and marketing to get that content in front of more people.  

Your pledge will help offset our cost so we can spend more time creating the type of content that I hope you will find useful and inspiring.
