Hey everybody, thanks for checking out my patreon! If you know anything about me, you should know I'm pretty transparent regarding my life and training as a professional hammer thrower. There's nothing I enjoy more than helping people achieve their goals and live more fulfilling lives, so that's why I go out of my way to create educational and informational (and hopefully entertaining) content for all of you to enjoy! On top of that, it also serves as a way to give back to the sport that has given me everything and turned me into the man I am today, I feel like it is my duty!

  • General musings on how each day went 


I'll also put together an exclusive "cycle overview" video for each cycle moving forward so you guys can see exactly how I do each exercise... cause after all, it's not what you do, but how you do it! And as a bonus, I'll also go through and back-log all my previous training cycles from the 2018-2019 season so far as time goes on, so you can see how I've progressed!
