Not a requirement to get access to everything that I do, but you also get my sincerest appreciation if you do decide to chip in.

Don't think of it as a subscription fee, but more like buying me a cup of coffee and sitting down to swap stories, only I do all the talking.

Greetings internet faithful, I'm Some Guy Named Rob!

I've been very fortunate over the past 15+ years for this little known invention called the Internet for providing me a place to unleash my creative energies. On the other hand, I've never been one to not see room for improvement. All empires, from modest to monumental, are always looking to expand - a quick look at any history book will confirm that.

And though at this time I'm a one man empire, I always want to continue to grow and expand, whether it be upgrading equipment, hiring voice actors, working with an editor to try and reign in my near-legendary run-on sentences, etc.

I don't expect or assume anyone will contribute any more to the quirky projects I put online than simply watching the videos or listening to the podcasts, and maybe taking a couple of minutes to share with friends. To be honest, that by itself would be a huge level of support. But if you feel like contributing more, it'll all go back into creating more stuff.

So where, and more importantly, what is all the stuff I'm creating?

I'm glad you asked. Below is a short list of things that I'm currently doing, or rebooting/re-launching:

  • The Over/Under Podcast
  • Duck and Cover
  • TL;DR
  • Acts of Attribution
  • The New Age Bullsh*t Affirmation
  • The Grand Bastardo

Also, though I may include bonus material that's only published here on Patreon, no donation or monetary support will actually be required to view any of it. I don't want people to think of this as a pay wall blocking off content to those who only choose to consume the content I put out. Instead, I'd like to think of people supporting the Patreon campaign as buying me a cup of coffee and sitting down with me to swap stories, only I do all the talking.
