Tabitha Nikolaiis creating art, spells, media
At this level you ensure that I am supplied with 12oz (or more, contingent on market forces) of the cheapest ground coffee I can buy at the posh grocery store they put in across the street from my studio. Coffee lures me back to this material plane each day from the outer-night-realm.
About Tabitha Nikolai
Art I've made has been shown at Vox Populi in Philadelphia, the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art, Portland's Center for Contemporary Art and Culture, and a commandeered hostess club in Tokyo, among many other spots. Words I've said have been digitally rendered or physically printed in Panhandler Magazine, a couple different things from Social Malpractice Publishing, and a zine released with a recent album by EMA.
Current/forthcoming projects include:
- A virtual reproduction of a dead shopping mall from my home town that will host a production of Lord of the Flies over social VR.
- A multimedia installation examining a shift in perspective from trans-futurism to trans-pessimism complete with a Warhammer 40k diorama and mineral oil cooled PC.
- A series of 3d planetoids examining haunted utopias beyond our present troubling times.
All funds go directly to supporting the production of new work and my continued existence/subsistence/resistance. Thank you for taking the time to consider that there may be value in these things! You can keep track of my work at the following net-zones:
