Besides my love for food and healthy stuff, I am a health activist on a mission educating individuals about 'realistic holistic' ways to become their own advocate & teach real tools allowing anyone to reach their long-term health goals. With a background in seriously tasty food culture & eating the traditional meat & cheese saturated diet, a personal health wake up call left me with one decision. Change something or nothing changes... or unfortunately things get worse. At the brink of a health crisis, a new friend introduced me to the clinical research behind powdered produce, and the rest is history.

Because of mine & my husband's radical health improvements and re-losing gained weight after failed attempts at shedding pounds before, I gained valuable life skills by participating in the expert-created Shred10 program. Now I have the opportunity to teach others the same things so no one is left in the dark when it comes to "making a change!"
