About Nikki Rev

I was a certified personal trainer until A complicated pregnancy left me with low thyroid and pre diabetes even though I struggle with fibro and Bipolar disorder and other health issues such as sleep apnea.... the list goes on, I over come these issue every day through diet and exercise. 

Through watching what I eat and staying active I am finally healthy enough to start trying for baby #2 and I couldn't be happier. My goal within these next couple months is to drop 15-20 more LBS. I have currently lost 40 lbs since my pregnancy, but I want this pregnancy to be easier on me and baby #2 God willing. OH and you best believe I will be working out while pregnant it will just be modified.

No I am not ripped or a 100 lb string bean, but I am real and I know what it takes to get results. Join me and lets reach our goals together and have some fun while we do it.
