I am a life-long nutritionist and wellness expert. Since I was a kid, I lived according the all the best ideas of living a healthy life. Yet, pain, fatigue, and sleep problems were constant companions for over three decades. This all changed when I found unlikely explanation for why someone so devoted to healthy living could be in so much pain. The solution: getting a major (most common) toxin out of my diet and my body using a low oxalate diet. I was so floored by this turn around, I have devoted by life to finding and sharing this lost (scientific) information back out into the world. I spend a lot of time doing research and teaching. I help others use this therapy to get relief. I need your help to help fund this effort.
I am an experienced public health professional, having devoted my career to human wellness with a special emphasis on nutrition, physical fitness, and holistic healing. I earned my degree in Nutrition from Cornell University and a Masters degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
