The most effective way to create lasting change in your body is to practice at home what you have learned in the studio with your trainer. However, it can be difficult to remember what you need to work on or exactly how to do it, once you leave the studio.
When you sign up for our self care program your instructor will direct you to watch specific videos that address your personal needs. Some topics examples include:
