Building and art center and museum for holographic art.

Creating tools to enable creative engagement with mixed reality.

Educating and inspiring.

I am an artist–designer–researcher–educator working with holographic imaging. I design animated holographic scenes, make physical holograms and build hologram recording studios.  I'm currently raising a little human, practicing the art of being present and developing the Center for the Holographic Arts – HoloCenter.

The HoloCenter was handed to me, without a home or funding.  Between working in academia and a floating art project I built the HoloCenter into a muti-location art center.  We now offer a free public museum during the summer on Governors Island and winter studios in Hallets Cove, Long Island City.  Collaborating with OSU you can apply for a pulse laser holography studio program in Ohio and in 2016 with the Hologram Foundation we launched the the Holographic Art Grant Award – a funding pool for the procdution of art holograms.

My goal is to make holography technology and techniques (the analog and digital) available to all and foster inspiriation.

$0 of $300 per month
My goal is to enable everyone to engage with and create holograms.  I have built a number of analog and animated holography recording studios and am developing interfaces for digital hologram production.  I help artists and inspire the public.

I also create my own art projects _  though these are taking a back seat until the Center for the Holographic Arts is established as a platform to support our thriving tech-savvy community.

...please reach out if you want to get involved & come visit the HoloCenter Summer Museum
